Nerve damage around the chest area from opp
Permalink

Male, 36 years old with pain present in left side of the chest area due to nerve  & muscle damage from operation on the lung in 2004.  After 9 sessoins the headaches are gone & the low back feels better. The primary AS is at the Cervical R & secondary AS is at the Sicral R.  However the pain in the chest area is still present. I need some guidence please.
Thank you.

You should consider the following:
-    type of pain - neural or sceletal-muscular
-    how strongly does he feel the pain
-    what movement causes pain to increase (decrease)
-    pain medication taken
based on these factors, if pain is localised, focus on it, if there are a few sites of pain then treat the whole spine.

There is not enough information to give you more precise guidance.  which level of the spine the chest pain is? is it constant or does it come with movement, is it connected with breathing or not?

Most likely, i would focus on the intracostal site of pain and treat the corresponding spinal root
