Hi , Has anyone treated Vertiligo ? I have a client with this condition, she has had it for 20 years , it is symmetrical on either side of the face and also on her neck , she is 70 years old and is in good health.
As a minimum, I would suggest Ginkgo biloba extract (120 mg/day). This may not only help slow the progression of skin depigmentation, but may actually replace pigmentation in some adults with vitiligo (Clin Exp Dermatol, 2003; 28: 285-7).
Ripe fruit can be helpful in regaining proper pigmentation, such as blueberries. Also, correct deficiencies of stomach acid production with cider vinegar and honey drinks.
